The hotel met our standards and we totally recommend it to everyone. We had a great stay during our holiday. the restaurant was really nice and the food was outstanding. the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect. the staff were very attentive. You could walk to a shopping area and a night market.

The staff were very relaxed and friendly, nothing was a problem! The food was superb-and not overly priced.....keep it like that and we'll be back!

An extra special way to end my holiday. Stunning and unbeatable location, only a short distance to everywhere. Walking distance to a shopping area and a night market across the street. Really nice restaurant, with good food available. Very good service, parking on-site. Tapas bar and very clean pool.

The rooms are magnificent, with a very stylish design. the swimming pool is good and the location is stunning, very close to bars and restaurants. the gastronomic restaurant nearby offers a variety of delicious food options.

The wifi was not operating at the time of our visit due to repairs. This was unavoidable.

The hotel delivers everything it promises in its website and more. All the staff, including the general manager, made us feel like we were the only guests in the resort. Excellent treatments in the private spa, awesome food, and total privacy and comfort in the villa. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is not near the ocean, but offers a complimentary shuttle service to one of the most quiet beaches on the island, which is a short ride away.

The secluded location of this air-conditioned hotel was a plus, and we had a great dining experience at a nearby restaurant with delicious European dishes.

Interesting place. Just perfect if you want to Lock yourself up in a villa, very quite and food is good. Problem is that there is no sea view as such.

The rooms are well decorated and contemporary, featuring a TV. The bar area is fantastic. The breakfast choices are freshly cooked and offer beautiful views. The dishes are prepared freshly upon ordering. The location is nice and absolutely perfect, with a casual restaurant nearby.

It was private and te customer service was the best I've ever experienced. We will defibately be back.

As a destination for a weekend getaway without our young children, the Pavilions was a superb choice amongst resorts in Phuket. It is especially nice for spa lovers since you can stay in the spa room within your own villa for all the treatments. Dining options were interesting and of a great variety for a resort of this size. Its free car or shuttle service to the beach and to the surrounding areas was of added value too.

There was power outage everyday around noon and it lasted for over half an hour every time. But it was a pleasant stay overall.

The location was stunning and amazing, close to the nearest supermarket, in a peaceful area. Everyone was wonderfully friendly and gentle. - the room we booked was huge and fashionable with amenities like a fresh sheets and toilet.

Pleasant stay during our first visit and the weather couldn't have been better! the staff here knows how to take care of guests efficiently and with a friendly attitude. Plus, the property's location is stunning, accessible by a funicular ride. 🌴
